Select from three unique experiences. Reservations are recommended for our Estate Tasting, and required for our Estate Tour and Art of Pinot Noir experiences. Large groups can be accommodated by advance appointment only.
Estate Tasting
This experience showcases our estate-grown wines. Enjoy a tasting of five of our single-vineyard wines in our relaxed and inviting tasting room or patio. Learn about the history of Emeritus, dry-farming, and why Hallberg Ranch is one of the best places to grow Pinot Noir.
Time: 60-90 minutes
Cost: $40/person, waived with 4 bottle purchase. Complimentary for Club Members.
Reservations: Available seven days a week, reservations are suggested for this experience, walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.
Estate Tour & Tasting
Stroll through the vines of Hallberg Ranch and experience firsthand the beauty of our Ranch and the care that goes into growing and making our acclaimed Pinot Noirs. The experience concludes with a guided flight of limited-production Pinot Noirs in our tasting room.
Time: 90 – 120 minutes
Cost: $60/person, waived with 4 bottle purchase. Complimentary for Club Members.

Art of Pinot Noir
Designed for true lovers of the ‘heartbreak grape’, this in-depth tasting showcases our most exclusive single-block Pinot Noirs paired with local artisan cheeses. Discover the breadth of our Pinot Noirs, explore our unique terroirs, and experience how food influences each wine.
Time: 60-90 minutes
Cost: $95/person, $65 for Club Members.

Club Picnic Tables
Bring your own picnic and reserve one of our club member tables with beautiful views of Hallberg Ranch. We offer wines by the glass or by the bottle for you to enjoy. Exclusively for E-Club Members. For Club Anniversary gift redemption please contact the Tasting Room to reserve.

Clonal Tasting with Keith
This tasting takes you out of the tasting room and into the barrel cellar to taste some of the 14 clones of Pinot Noir that we grow at Emeritus while still in barrel. You’ll experience the aromatics, mouthfeel, finish, and flavors that make every block unique.
Time: 120 minutes
Cost: $150/person, $100/Club Member.

Blending Class with Keith
Become a winemaker for the day by creating your own blend of Pinot Noir from Hallberg Ranch. Taste Dijon, Pommard and heritage clones of Pinot Noir, discuss what each clone brings to a blend, and then create your own blend of Hallberg Ranch!
Time: 120 minutes
Cost: $150/person, $100/Club Member.

Hallberg Ranch Tour & Truck Bed Tasting with Riggs
You’ve enjoyed looking at the vineyard from the Tasting Room, but here’s your opportunity to see the entire ranch! Escorted by Riggs, you’ll tour the Hallberg Ranch vineyard learning why dry-farming is so important to our wines. Throughout the tour, you’ll taste wines made from Hallberg Ranch, among the vines that grew the grapes.
Time: 120 minutes
Cost: $150/person, $100/Club Member.

Pinot Hill Tour & Truck Bed Tasting with Riggs
For the first time, we’re opening visits to our Pinot Hill estate! Escorted by Riggs, you’ll tour the Pinot Hill vineyard learning about the unique challenges of farming at this cold and steep site. Throughout the tour, you’ll taste all five wines made from Pinot Hill while looking out over the spectacular view of the Russian River Valley.
